Client Portal

Every client gets a private, no-login portal where they can see all their open invoices from you in one place — and pay several of them in a single payment.
What clients see
- Every open invoice (amount, due date, status), plus what they've already paid.
- A pay flow that supports selecting multiple invoices and settling them with one card payment or bank transfer.
- Your branding (logo and colors, when configured under Settings → Branding).
Sharing the portal link
- Automatically — reminder emails include a portal link in the footer, so active clients already have it.
- Manually — open the client in Clients → (client name) and click "Copy portal link" in the header. Paste it into any email or chat.
The link is unique per client and doesn't require a password — treat it like a payment link. You can ask support to revoke and reissue a client's link if it was shared too widely.
Good to know
- The portal always shows live balances — partial payments are reflected immediately.
- Clients with autopay enabled can manage their saved card from the portal.
